  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order number, or packing slip is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at the time of purchase)
  • Personalized or customized upper wear
  • Items without original tags or packaging
